In-Home Care Services

If you or a loved one are as described below, we are here to assist

  • Patients who cannot be left alone for companion service

  • Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, transferring)

  • Instrumental activities of daily living (light housework, preparing meals)

  • Patients discharged from a hospital who are not fully recovered

  • Patients with chronic conditions requiring on-going monitoring and treatment changes

  • Patients who have difficulty with ambulation and to get out into the community

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Ambulating with or without canes, crutches, walkers to walking 

  • Transferring ability to get in and out of bed, a chair or on and off a toilet

  • Help client to take medications

  • Personal hygiene with bathing or showering, brushing teeth

  • Bladder and bowel management

  • Positioning and changing positions in a chair or bed

  • Dressing and Securing healthcare

 

Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

  • Help using the telephone

  • Shopping

  • Driving or arranging transportation

  • Doing laundry, obtaining and keeping clean clothing appropriate

  • Making and keeping appointments

  • Writing letters or other correspondence

  • Managing finances

  • Taking part in social and leisure activities

Medication administration

RN may administer medication to a client (adult, children) as directed and prescribed by a registered doctor. the registered nurse can assist to administer medication if:

  • The client is not self-directing

  • The client's caregiver is not able to serve the medication to the client

  • The medication is accompanied by clear written instructions from the client/ caregiver/healthcare provider or institution

Registered Nurse Supervision & Home Visits

Registered Nurses supervise our home caregiver by reviewing each client’s care through daily progress notes as well as conducting random home visits to ensure proper procedures are being followed. The RN checks patients' medication administration errors and analysis of any complaints from our patients. Home care is given in a professional and caring manner, to ensure both the client and caregiver needs are being met.
