RN (Registered Nurse)

Our home health care agency is rapidly expanding and we are hiring a Home Health Nurse effective immediately. This position is a contractor employee we work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are disability elderly and children, so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field.

Major Duties

  • Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart your observations

  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions

  • Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review

  • Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s Physician

  • Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable

  • Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life

  • Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests

  • Director supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel

  • Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity

  • Instruct individuals, families on topics such as health education, disease prevention


Minimum Education and Skill Requirements

  • State registered nurse license required

  • 2+years’ experience in in-home or palliative care required

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor

  • Ability to travel to multiple patients per day

  • CPR certification

Personal Care Provider

Home care service agency provides service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. who assist adult and children with physical disabilities

Major Duties

  • Lighthouse cleaning

  • Laundry services

  • Meal preparation

  • Transportation

  • Companionship

  • Respite and advice on such things as nutrition

  • Cleanliness

  • Household activities

  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

  • Shopping for food

  • Help for household requirements

  • Helps patients care for themselves to use of cane or walker

  • Helps family members care for the patient by appropriate ways to lift, turn, the patient

  • Help to pay the bill

  • Help to make a doctor appointment

  • Help to for a phone call

Minimum Education and Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of home management skills

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client services, including needs:

  • Determinants

  • Meeting quality standards and

  • Evaluation of client satisfaction

  • Knowledge of the English language

  • Knowledge of emergency first aid

  • Knowledge of clerical procedures such as maintaining records and

  • Completing form

  • CPR certification
